Meet Ben Pham
Chief Operating Officer
Ben oversees Strive’s core operations, including corporate strategy & development, finance & accounting, legal & compliance, human resources, and technology. Prior to Strive’s founding in early 2022, Ben held various strategy and finance roles at Roivant Sciences, a biopharmaceutical company, and served as chief of staff to Vivek Ramaswamy, founder of Strive and Roivant. Earlier in his career, Ben was an investment banker at Citigroup focused on raising equity and equity-linked financing for healthcare companies. Ben received his BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
