Randol Curtis, CFA

Randol is the Chief Investment Officer of Strive Wealth Management, with primary responsibility for all aspects of the investment platform serving the firm’s wealth management business. Strive’s Wealth Management division was established to provide customized investment and financial solutions that empower families, foundations, and institutions to achieve true financial freedom. 

Prior to joining Strive, Randol was Deputy Chief Investment Officer at One Capital Management where he led research and investment strategy across equities, fixed income, alternatives and currencies on $5bn in assets.

Before that, Randol was founder, principal and lead portfolio manager at C-Quadrat UK, a London-based international high net-worth asset management boutique with Euro 1.1bn in assets.

Prior, Randol was Executive Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley, where he led and managed the Global Convertible Bond Funds internationally with $1.5 bn in assets.

Randol graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, with Honors, and the Wharton School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has served on various Boards and community organizations over the past twenty years.
